PRACTITIONERS PURCHASING DIRECTLY:

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30-90 days of purchase. A refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the product, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges.

The following information is necessary to process a return: Invoice Number, Product Name and Size, Lot Number, Expiration Date, and Reason for return. Expired products are not returnable.  

Enzyme Science reserves the right to request the returned product be shipped to Enzyme Science at purchaser’s expense. Purchaser is encouraged to use a traceable method for shipping, such as UPS or Fedex.

PRACTITIONERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED FROM A THIRD PARTY:

Practitioner purchasing Enzyme Science products advertised with promotional materials as offering a “30-Day Money Back Guarantee” should first attempt to return their product to the distributor they originally purchased from. If the distributor does not accept a return, the practitioner may contact Enzyme Science within 30-90 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, and Enzyme Science may at their sole discretion issue a refund.”
